| Jagdish Temple Udaipur: Jagdish Temple is one of the largest and most beautiful Hindu Temple situated in the middle of Udaipur. The temple was built by Maharana Jagat Singh-I in 1651. Dedicated to the Lord Krishna the temple is famous for its beautiful sculpted images and Indo Aryan architecture.
Fateh Sagar Lake Udaipur: Fateh Sagar Lake is an artificial lake which is situated in the north of Lake Picholas. Surrounded by the hills the lake was originally built by Maharana Jai Singh in 1678 AD. It was later on reconstructed and extended by Maharana Fateh Singh due to the destruction caused by heavy rains. In the middle of the lake is situated the famous Nehru Park a popular garden with a boat shaped café. It is one of the major tourist attractions for the visitors.
Lake Pichola Udaipur: Originally started by Banjara and later completed by Maharana Udai singh , Lake Pichola presents the picturesque beauty of Udaipur. It has two islands Jag Niwas and Jag Mandir and numerous Ghats used for bathing and washing. Lake palace is situated in the heart of Lake Pichola which is now converted to a heritage hotel. The lake remains fairly shallow and even during the heavy rains and gets easily dry in the times of severe drought.
