The park was named after the first prime minister of India Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru. It was inaugurated on the birth anniversary of Pt. Nehru on 14th November 1967. Sprawling across 41 acres this flowering garden overlooks the ancient Moti Mahal. This green island with water fountains, flower beds, robust trees, lily ponds are truly a delight for eyes. The garden also comprises a restaurant that offers a lip smacking delicacies to its visitors with the main specialty of Rahasthani cuisines along with the stunning views of Aravalli Hills.
